Claims Team
As a ThirdSectorProtect customer, you have access to our Claims Director, Phil Lakey, who can act as your first point of contact for claims issues.
Call 0800 877 8277 during office hours, and we will notify your insurance company.
If your loss occurs outside office hours, you should report the claim directly to your insurer using the claim line telephone number on your policy documents.
We were in a difficult position with a claim coming just before renewal, they handled it straight away and to our benefit.
